• Swaptune: A trading name of BIEVEZ GROUP SRL, a Belgian company providing engine calibration and remote technical support services.
• Client: Any individual or legal entity acting in the course of their business and ordering a service from Swaptune.
• Credit: A prepaid unit usable for professional portal services, according to the pricing and terms presented before the order.

The independent partner performs the physical work on the vehicle and contracts with their own customer. These business terms do not govern that relationship. Terms for any direct consumer sale, including a Personal Flasher, are presented separately before an order.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Payments must be made in advance and in full before service execution.
• Prices, applicable taxes and the scope of the service are specified before ordering. A price change does not apply to an order already accepted.
• Credits are added to the account after payment is received. Their use is governed by the terms provided before purchase, subject to the customer’s rights in the event of non-performance.

For a bank transfer, use only the account details and reference shown on the quotation, invoice or payment instruction issued for your order.

4. Performance and Liability

• Swaptune performs the agreed service using the information supplied. Indicative gains shown on the website do not guarantee an individual result.
• Clients must ensure their vehicle is compatible with calibration before any request.
• Swaptune works remotely and does not physically inspect the vehicle. The professional carrying out the intervention performs the checks, reading, writing and testing within their service.
• Each party is responsible for its own obligations and faults under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Orders and Cancellations

• Contact Swaptune as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. The consequences depend on the work already performed, the accepted terms and applicable law.
• Agreed terms for unused credits do not remove the customer’s rights in the event of non-performance or a legal obligation to refund.

6. Confidentiality and Security

The customer supplies only the information and files needed for the service and ensures they are entitled to disclose them to Swaptune.

• The customer protects their login credentials and reports any unauthorised access they become aware of.
• Information about data processing on the public website is provided in the privacy policy. Portal-specific information is provided within that service.

7. Client Obligations

• Provide complete and accurate information when creating accounts and orders.
• Comply with the terms of these Terms of Service.
• Ensure all requested modifications comply with local laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, and services offered by Swaptune are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

An event meeting the legal requirements for force majeure may suspend or prevent performance of an obligation. The affected party informs the other as soon as possible and takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law.
• The parties may seek an amicable resolution without preventing either party from pursuing a legal remedy or urgent relief.
• If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes are submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable rules and any validly agreed specific terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

The version accepted when an order is placed remains applicable to that order. Publishing an update on this website does not by itself amend an existing contract or transfer contracts concluded with another operator.
