• Client: Any individual or legal entity using the services offered by Swaptune.
• Credit: Monetary unit used on the Swaptune platform, where 1 credit = 1 modified file.

2. Services Offered

Swaptune offers:

• Engine calibration file modifications
• Access to a secure platform for file exchange

Services are exclusively digital and irrevocable once executed.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Payments must be made in advance and in full before service execution.
• Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may be modified without prior notice.
• Credits are added to the client's account upon receipt of payment and are non-refundable.

4. No Warranty and Liability

• Swaptune offers no warranty on services provided.
• Clients must ensure their vehicle is compatible with calibration before any request.
• Swaptune disclaims all liability regarding vehicles, as we do not have the ability to test them directly.
• Clients are solely responsible for the consequences of modifications made to their vehicles.

5. Orders and Cancellations

• Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Unused credits are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality and Security

Swaptune uses encryption systems to ensure the security of diagnostic data and modified files.

• Tools are automatically updated to ensure optimal operation.
• Files are encrypted to protect client data.

7. Client Obligations

• Provide complete and accurate information when creating accounts and orders.
• Comply with the terms of these Terms of Service.
• Ensure all requested modifications comply with local laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, and services offered by Swaptune are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

Swaptune cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law.
• In case of dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
• Failing amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of Brussels, Belgium.
